Frequently asked questions

Everything about group flight tickets, Umrah packages, baggage, visas and booking with Al Jazeera Travel Services.

What is a group flight ticket?

A group flight ticket is a pre-purchased block of seats on a scheduled flight, sold at a fixed group fare. Airlines release these blocks to travel agencies, which is why group tickets are usually cheaper than published individual fares and why seats are limited.

Which airlines do you offer group tickets with?

We work with Airblue, AirSial, PIA, Emirates and Saudia for Umrah and Gulf routes from Pakistan, and we can arrange other carriers on request.

What is included in an Umrah package?

Our Umrah packages typically include return flights, Makkah and Madinah hotel accommodation for the number of nights shown, visa processing, and ground transport between the airports, Makkah and Madinah. Meal and room-sharing options vary by package and are listed on each package page.

How many days are Umrah packages?

We offer short Umrah packages and longer options such as 14, 20 and 25 day Umrah packages. Each package page shows the exact departure and return dates and the number of days.

How much baggage allowance do I get?

Baggage allowance depends on the airline and route. It is usually 20-40 kg for return Umrah journeys. The exact allowance for each flight is shown on our group flights page.

How do I book and pay?

Travel agencies can register for the B2B portal, log in, and hold seats instantly. Individual travellers can call or WhatsApp us and our team will confirm availability, seats and the payment schedule for the group.

Do you help with Umrah visa processing?

Yes. Our team assists with Umrah visa documentation and processing as part of the package. Requirements can change, so we confirm the latest checklist with you at the time of booking.

Still have a question?

Our team is happy to help with fares, dates and availability.
